Hi everyone! I shared this propagation method last year. My mom has been air layering some of her trees in the past three years and came over and helped me propagate our Bay Laurel 🌳 with the same method. Several months later, the round cavities filled with moist peat moss were crowded with roots! It was a success! Bay leaf is such a beautiful ornamental and culinary herb. We use the leaves in a Filipino dish called #adobo as well as in soups and stews. 🌱Layering happens naturally in the wild.
