This is the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct near Llangollen North Wales, it’s the highest aqueduct in the world at 126ft! It is located in the beautiful Dee Valley, also known as ‘the gateway to North Wales’ You can canoe/kayak over the aqueduct but standup Paddle-boarding isn’t allowed for obvious reasons (it’s a long drop down) but we checked to see if we could paddle across sitting on our boards and we were given the thumbs up 😊 (I’ll take my kayak conversion kit for the board next time) It’s an exper
