Some of our singers have pursued international studies and recordings, and we couldn't be more proud! This year, the same holds true for all our competitors! Kiribati = Land of Amazing Singers During a lull in our programme, in between performers, someone who is usually referred to as ‘te aoraki’ (unwell in I-Kiribati) took the mic and sang the nicest rendition of Rod Stewart’s ‘I Don’t’ Want to Talk About It’ I’ve ever heard. Nabiria really wowed the crowd with his impressive voice and effortless ability. He didn’t miss a beat and knew the lyrics so well. The way he sang sounded like someone really did break his heart.
