⭐️Pre-cartwheels Spotting When dancers are first learning a “cartwheel” it should be performed very slowly. We like to use a stack, with hand prints placed side by side. ✅ Ask dancer to twist towards the stack and place their hands on the two corresponding pictures. ✅ they will step over the stack with the leg that is further behind, now they will begin straddling the stack. ✅ to complete the skill they will step over with the other leg, bring their hands off the stack and stand tall! 🙌 remembe
