Prime Minister Dr Andrew Holness joined Chief Richard Currie and other maroons in a celebratory dance during the annual Accompong Maroon Festival in Accompong, St Elizabeth. The event commemorates the 1738 peace treaty between the Maroons and Britain, which granted the community freedom and autonomy.
