🚨 ONE EXERCISE To Help With Chronic Low Back Pain 😫 I suggest rolling out the quads/hamstrings prior to doing this. There were other exercises leading up to this one- remember that. Not every exercise is for every body. Remember that too. That being said, this one is super helpful to most folks 🙏🏻.
