Being a parent to a toddler means, toys and crap are everywhere and you have to walk on or around them. Being in a wheelchair and having all that stuff all over the place, makes it so much harder to maneuver and you’re afraid you’re going to run over or break something of theirs. I’m teaching my son that if something is in my way, he is going to have to pick it up so I could move around to help him. It’s not torturing him or anything. It’s simply teaching him to pick up after himself | 𝚆𝚑𝚎𝚎�
