NYU Libraries will display nine panels from the NAMES Project Foundation’s AIDS Memorial Quilt from September 12 to December 15 to close out the University’s yearlong commemoration of #Stonewall50. The 12x12 foot panels represent a cross section of people lost to AIDS, including an NYU student who did not live to see his graduation, members of the trans community, artists and activists who shaped New York’s downtown arts scene, and incarcerated individuals.
