SMASH or PASS? 🦎 Iguana Adobo🇵🇭 All jokes aside it was actually good and tasted just like chicken adobo. We were told the best way to cook iguana is in a stew otherwise it’ll be tough and dry so that’s what we did. Came out super tender as you can see.
