@breaking_news_live2.free on Instagram: "Fog is believed to be a factor in this massive, deadly crash involving more than a dozen vehicles on southbound Highway 99 in Fresno. The California Highway Patrol says visibility on the 99 was around 10 to 15 feet when the crash happened Sunday morning. 17 vehicles, including a big rig, were involved in the crash.
