The Clerk's Office makes many of its forms available online so they may be printed, filled out, and turned in to the appropriate departments. You will need PDF viewing software to view and print these forms.

You may request a court date by filing a written plea with the Clerk of Court within thirty (30) days from the date the citation was issued and request that a court date be scheduled.

The Clerk records and maintains the Official Records of Volusia County and serves both the County and Circuit Courts and as the custodian of the official court records.

Only those records that are maintained within the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court shall be referenced or considered as the official records of Volusia County.
