With the repercussions of WrestleMania 42 still being felt across the company, WWE rolled into Laredo, Texas, for a packed episode of Raw headlined by appearances from Roman Reigns and Becky Lynch.
Backstage, Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan attacked Stephanie Vaquer. Michael Cole noted Vaquer suffered a shoulder injury during the attack, which is probably a cover for Vaquer being out for a while. Finn Balor warned Roxanne Perez not to trust Liv Morgan and the Judgment Day, but Roxy dismissed him.

WWE Raw viewership and ratings for the April 20 episode. Tudum reports that WWE Raw on April 20 drew 3.3 million global views on Netflix, up from the previous week’s 2.9 million viewership number. The show ranked fourth globally and fourth in the United States.
Rey Mysterio hit the ring and set up Rusev for the 619. Rusev recovered and laid out Rey. Penta made a run-in, but Rusev laid him out, too. Rusev had a pump kick for everybody in the ring and he used it.
The IYO SKY and Asuka storyline continued on Raw, with Asuka costing SKY the Women’s Intercontinental title after a distraction. After Becky Lynch retained the title, Asuka entered the ring and latched on the Asuka lock to further hammer her point home. Loud chants of ‘We Want Kairi’ could be heard as Asuka ended the segment stood tall.
