Metro Detroit native Jamie Ding scored his 31st straight "Jeopardy!" win April 24 and will compete again April 27.

After winning a nail-biter on Thursday, Jamie Ding jumped out to an early lead on Friday's "Jeopardy!" and never looked back, winning his 31st straight game. The former Grosse Pointe resident, who spoke about his six-plus-week streak on Friday's " Good Morning America ," is now one win from the fourth-place spot on the show's all-time leaderboard.

Ding is now getting close to winning a staggering $1 million as he is in the top 5 for "Jeopardy" all-time winnings.
