The Jackson County Election Board said Monday that it has received enough verified signatures for a recall petition of County Executive Frank White.

The six-person Missouri Ethics Commission currently has only two members. A spokeswoman for Gov. Mike Kehoe said the process for filling vacant positions is underway.
