President Donald Trump's 20-point Gaza peace plan gains backing from Arab nations and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu while Hamas reviews the proposal.

The LA City Council passed the plan to fulfill the obligations required by a settlement for a federal lawsuit.
