About 2.9 million birds flew across Oklahoma skies on Sunday, Sept. 28 alone, with most flying after sunset to about 6 a.m.

SURF: Swells generated by Tropical Storm Imelda and Hurricane Humberto will affect portions of the Bahamas this weekend, and spread to much of the east coast of the U.S. early this week. Despite newly formed Tropical Storm Imelda and nearby Hurricane Humberto, there is a decreasing storm threat across Hampton Roads.

Humberto rapidly strengthened, even reaching Category 5 status for a period of time as it churned over the Atlantic Ocean, the National Hurricane Center said.
