Kauai officials identified two of the three people killed in Thursday’s tour helicopter crash off Kalalau Beach while Airborne Aviation said it has suspended operations indefinitely.

A sightseeing company's helicopter has crashed near a remote beach off the coast of Kauaʻi, killing three people and injuring two others. Kauaʻi officials say the crash happened Thursday afternoon at Kalalau Beach on the Nāpali Coast.

The March 23 crash into a warehouse in Boynton Beach killed a flight instructor and his student, who had flown north from Fort Lauderdale.

Officials said at least two people were injured in the crash, though the extent of their injuries remains unknown.
