Philadelphia Police said a 16-year-old girl and a 21-year-old man were also shot after four young men opened fire at a group of people on the 600 block of North Franklin Place.

Four unknown gunmen wearing masks and dark clothing fired nearly 60 shots into a courtyard party. Two other people were wounded.
