CLEVELAND, Ohio — Sometime after Tampa Bay catcher Hunter Feduccia made a successful challenge against the Guardians’ Bo Naylor in the fourth inning Wednesday, the Automatic Ball and Strike challenge system crashed at Progressive Field.
